Fee schedule at Eat Talk Play

At Eat Talk Play, we believe in being clear and transparent about our fees for Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy services. Below is a detailed breakdown of the costs associated with our care to help you better understand and plan for your child’s needs:

Initial Appointment (60 minutes): $200

This session allows us to get to know your child, assess their needs, and develop an individualized plan to support their development. 

Direct Services - Face-to-Face/Telehealth (60 minutes): $193.99 

These one-on-one therapy sessions are tailored to your child’s goals, focusing on strategies and interventions to support their growth and progress.

Indirect Services (30 minutes): $96.50

These services include clinical behind-the-scenes work to ensure high-quality care, such as:

• Report writing

• Letter writing

• Creating resources to spport therapy

• Phone Consultations to support therapy

• Phone consultations with other clinicians

• Travel (if applicable)

• Development of Allied Health Assistant plans 

Allied Health Assistant Sessions (60 minutes): $86

(Available only if recommended by your treating clinician)

These sessions are provided by our trained Allied Health Assistants under the guidance of your therapist. They help to reinforce therapy goals and provide additional support for your child’s progress.

Workshops and Additional Services

Fees for services not explicitly outlined in this structure—such as childcare screeners, small group workshops, education provider training, or clinical supervision—are quoted on a case-by-case basis. These tailored offerings are designed to meet the specific needs of families, educators, and professionals.
